Beat the winter blues! Feel fitter and more relaxed –

Gentle Exercise and Relaxation classes are being held every Friday at Thimblemill Library, Smethwick,1.30pm – 3.00pm. All abilities welcome!

Gentle exercise, relaxation and breathing techniques can help maintain overall good health. The classes are FREE for carers and their family members. Come along and join the fun!
