A Course that offers a really different approach to good health!

This 8 week course starts on Wednesday 21 October 2015 10.30am – 12.30pm at CARES, 2 Bearwood Road, Smethwick.

The course will offer:

  • Undertanding stress and depression
  • Using breathing techniques to manage emotional states
  • the connection between food and mood
  • recognising and changing unhelpful thoughts
